Hi, and thank you for visiting my site! I’m Gabrielle (Gabby), a designer with a passion for storytelling through visual design. I studied Production Design at NIDA in Sydney, and I now specialise in creating graphics for film and television. My work involves bringing scripts to life—translating narrative into compelling visuals that enhance the story on screen. Whether it’s crafting period-accurate props or designing futuristic screen interfaces, I love the challenge of creating authentic, immersive designs that support and enrich the storytelling process.
About Me
I grew up in the Blue Mountains and have always had a deep passion for the process of bringing scripts to life. ​​During my time at NIDA I designed sets and costumes for both live productions and screen productions, and was the recipient of the 2018 APDG Award for Emerging Designer for Live Performance. My cohort and I also won the 2018 APDG Award for Emerging Designers for Screen with our graduating film "Rasputin".

Over recent years I've had the opportunity to work on a range of productions, collaborating closely with production designers and various art departments to craft everything from background ephemera to hero props. Whether it's vintage signage, fictional branding, murals, illustrations or hand-drawn sketches for a diary or journal, I thrive on the details that can make a world feel real. ​​​
